Best known of the white apricots in Europe, Moniqui combines the firm flesh and size of a Royal apricot with white color and the characteristic melon-like flavor of the Central Asian Apricot. Light pink blush on shoulder, slightly yellow next to the pit. Most fruits of this variety come from Spain.
