The finest perfectly round, deep yellow-orange plum with paler yellow flesh, amazingly sweet, remaining firm when ripe and with a suggestion of apricot flavor. A variety of the 1940s, believed lost for decades, but lately rediscovered at one San Joaquin Valley farm. Outstanding and catches the eye with its bright color. Mid August. On Myro 29c.
